All exhibit material must conform to the fire and electrical codes of the facility.
Audio – Kindly keep audio devices at a “tolerable” level. If your devices are disturbing neighboring
exhibits, you may be asked to lower sound levels or move to another location.
Access to workshop sessions by exhibit boot attendees will require a conference ticket purchase.
Booth assignments will be on a first-come, first-served basis according to the date of receipt of a completed paid Exhibitor Registration. MDHBC will assign booths. Former exhibitors will be given preferred locations as available. MDHBC reserves the right to refuse exhibit space to any company or organization.
SET-UP & BREAKDOWN
SET-UP: All exhibits must be ultimately set up between 7:00 am – 8:00 am on Tuesday, October 24, 2023. Set-up is also available the night before Thursday, September 23, 2023, aer 8:00 pm.
BREAKDOWN: will begin at 5:30 pm on Tuesday, September 24, 2023. All exhibitors should have sta present during open exhibition hours. Aer the conference, exhibitors are expected to dismantle their
To process a refund, MDHBC must receive a written notice of cancellation from the exhibitors**. If MDHBC receives notice of cancellation more than 30 days before the conference dates, MDHBC will refund the booth fee(s) minus a 25% processing fee; if cancellation occurs less than 30 days before the conference dates, the processing fee will be 50%. Refunds will only be made for cancellations at least 21 days before the conference date.
Refunds will be processed in the following ways:
For payments received by credit or debit cards, the same credit/debit card will be refunded.
For all other payments, a bank transfer will be made to the payee-nominated account, and all bank charges will be directly deducted from the refund.
*Cancellations after October 17, 2023, will not be refunded for any reason
**Cancellations will only be considered when received in writing.
